We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

These companies act as our service providers under written contracts that limit their use of the information to the services they perform for us.
We do not track you before you agree
Analytics does not run on this site until you choose "Accept all" or switch on product analytics in our cookie banner. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics code is loaded and no information is sent to those companies.
Session recording and interaction analytics
Session replay and heatmap recording are switched off on this website. If we turn them on in future, we will update this policy first, we will only run them where you have consented to analytics, and we will configure them to mask the text you type. We do not record keystrokes in password fields, and we do not capture the contents of fields containing names, email addresses, phone numbers, client names, or site addresses.
Your privacy choices
- Cookie preferences. Change your choices at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
- Global Privacy Control. We honour GPC signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing.
- Do not sell or share my personal information. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of any sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, use the cookie preferences link or email sam@myihportal.com.
- Access, deletion, correction, and portability. Email sam@myihportal.com or call 610-812-6102. We verify your request by confirming information we already hold about you. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days with notice to you. You may authorise an agent to act for you.
- No retaliation. We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or give you a lesser experience because you exercised these rights.
